This document governs the use of all Parasol platform software, trademarks, branding, and proprietary systems operated by Dripsy Drown Entertainment (DDE). Last updated: July 4, 2026.

Copyright Notice

All software, source code, visual design, user interface layouts, data models, algorithms (including but not limited to the Beacon Risk Engine™ and ClockShaman™ renewal intelligence system), documentation, and associated materials comprising the Parasol™ platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Dripsy Drown Entertainment (DDE) and are protected by applicable United States and international copyright laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any portion of this platform — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of DDE.

The following are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Dripsy Drown Entertainment (DDE). Unauthorized use of these marks in commerce, marketing, or any digital or print medium is prohibited.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Parasol platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. License Grant

DDE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Parasol platform solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and your active paid subscription.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the platform; (b) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the platform or its data; (c) use the platform to build a competing product; (d) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data; (e) circumvent any access controls or security measures.

4. Data & Privacy

DDE collects and processes platform usage data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Creator financial data, royalty records, and contract information submitted to the platform are treated as confidential and are not sold to third parties.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Parasol platform is provided "as is." DDE makes no warranties as to accuracy of financial risk scores, royalty projections, or contract renewal recommendations. DDE's liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Privacy Policy Summary

DDE collects account registration data, platform usage analytics, and financial data submitted by users. This data is used solely to operate and improve the Parasol platform. DDE does not sell personal data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Users may request data deletion by contacting privacy@dripsydrown.com.
